Leadership Coaching

The goal of leadership coaching is to drive performance over time. If you’re committed to progressing in your career and achieving a state of heightened self-awareness, one-to-one coaching is for you. I can work with you to set and achieve goals, to build confidence as a leader, to contribute more effectively to your team and organization, and to build more trusting and productive relationships with superiors, employees, and peers.

Empowers leaders at all levels to leverage their leadership skills, develop strategies for improvement, and overcome obstacles to maximize performance and achieve personal, team, and organizational goals.
 
Each session enhances emotional intelligence skills so that clients can lead with greater empathy, insight, and self-awareness. 
Sessions offered in 30-minute or one-hour sessions. Contracts include the Personalty I.D. DISC Profile.

Workshops & Retreats

Any category of skill development can be arranged for departmental and organizational teams and tailored to a one or two-day workshop or other time frame that suits your needs.

Sessions tailored to your organization’s specific needs. 
Provides opportunities for inquiry and exploration that focus on achievement and performance.

Leadership Academy

Multiple areas of skill development can be offered in an academy setting over an extended period of time to facilitate team and capacity building within departments and across organizations.

Focused on developing new managers and up-and-coming talent, and leaders who are ready to take on new levels of responsibility.
12-month or 6-month program, participants meet once a month for four hours.
 
Sessions focus on identifying practical ways to: 
 – improve performance in their current jobs.
 – be better leaders.
 – get better results for themselves and their employers
 
Pre- and post assessment using Personality I.D. DISC Profile. Each participant receives two coaching sessions – one at the beginning and one at the end. Participants leave each session with new skills and a clear plan to improve performance results.  Certificates of graduation awarded to participants who complete 12-month program.
